It is, as standard emails, a fast and easy tool of communication, that, in addition, provides the sender with a proof, that has legal value, which certifies the sending and the successful delivery of digital documents.
The service gives legal value to the messages delivery process, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 68/2005 and Ministerial Decree 2/11/2005.
From a legal standpoint it has therefore the same value of a traditional registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, since successful delivery can be proven.
Any official communication to The Provincial Health Authority of Ragusa can therefore be sent to the Certified Email address
