Family Counseling

The service for family and maternity support has the following objectives:

• psychological and social support for preparation to a responsible moterhood and fatherhood, and for couple and family problems, also in relation to minors issues;
• the administration of the means which are necessary for fulfilling the freely chosen objectives of couples and individuals as regards responsible procreation, by respecting ethical beliefs and the bodily integrity of users;
• the protection of women’s and children’s health;
• the divulgation of information which is adequate in order to promote or prevent pregnancy, by recommending the methods and the medicines which are appropriate for each case:
  • information and support on the issue of human sterility and Infertility, as well as on assisted reproductive technologies;
  • information on adoption and foster care procedures.
