Massimo Cicero was born in 1968 in Ispica; he has managed the Economic, Financial and Assets Service of the Provincial Health Authority since 2015. He holds a degree in Economics and Business and, in A.S.P. Ragusa, has been in charge of financial statements, accounting and financial management.
