Training

The Basic Operative Unit Lifelong learning and personnel professional updating (U.O.S. Formazione permanente ed aggiornamento del personale), in General Manager Staff Area, contributes to design the strategies which are necessary to achieve the plans and the programs, related to training and professional updating, which are appropriate to the needs of the Authority. It operates according to priorities that take into account the corporate conversion of the system; the valorization of the human resources at all levels, also by the means of incentivization mechanisms; and the need of providing over time, adequately and promptly, the correlation between training and organizational development.

It promotes and carries out the initiatives related to human resources training and professional updating, intended as a method to include the newly hired personnel in the organizational process, to develop the professional quality and to constantly improve the efficiency and productivity levels. It also focuses on the valorization of professional skills and aptitudes and on the reinforcement of the managerial culture of the directors. The objective of these initiatives is to provide a continuous improvement of the expected services and results. The Unit manages the procedure for the ECM professional accreditation.

The Director of this office is selected and nominated by the General Manager, among those who acquired a specific experience and proficiency on the subject.
